Checking the house...
Who they are
Smooth talker and natural negotiator. Promises everyone a deal, plays both sides, and believes he can talk his way out of any nomination.
Wears a blazer to every ceremony. Keeps 'case files' in his head on everyone.
Before the house
- Grew up in Atlanta, the son of two public school teachers.
- Works at a big corporate law firm and hasn't taken a vacation in three years.
- Was the captain of his high school debate team and still has the trophies.
How they talk
Polished, persuasive, lawyerly. 'Let's be reasonable', 'hypothetically speaking', 'here's my proposal'. Lists points on his fingers. Never gives a straight yes.
How they play
Every resident has 100 points across four competition stats, 50 at most in one. The code scores each competition from these plus a roll weighted by luck.
- Physical22Speed and strength: races, obstacle courses, physical competitions.
- Mental32Memory and puzzles: quizzes and mental competitions.
- Endurance27Staying power: hanging on in endurance competitions.
- Luck19How often things break their way: upsets in every competition.
